Vegetables soup 1

Hi,

Here is easy peasy vegetables soup for cold winter days. Yummy and nutritious. Enjoy!

Ingredients

Green lettuce      :  6-7 leaves
Celery sticks       :   5
Carrots                  :   3
Radish                    :   5
Beetroot                :  one can
Ginger                     : 1/2 inch

Seasoning

Black pepper
Salt
Basil
Butter 1 tablespoon

Method

1. Wash all vegetables and pressure cook with ginger and half cup water for 5 minutes.

You can use sauce pan and boil with  11/2 cup water till veggies are soft. Maybe 25 minutes.



2. Turn off flame open your cooker (pan) and let it cool



3. Add in blender with butter and blend till smooth paste .


4. Add seasoning (or your own favorite  seasoning ) and enjoy with your favorite crackers.
