Moong and Urad dal chilla : Green gram and split black gram crepes

Ingredients

Moong (green gram)  whole  : 1 cup
Urad dal (split black gram)      : 1 cup
Eggs
Salt

Method :

1. Soak  moong and Urad dal overnight (or minimum 6 hours).


2.  Blend with water that it's soaked in.



Blend till smooth paste is formed.



3. Empty in bowl and add pinch salt.

4. Beat eggs in a bowl 

5. Spread the batter on hot non stick pan sprayed with oil just like you spread pancake.

6. Add egg on this crepe and spread it . Add some oil over egg. 

7. Flip after 1 minute and remove from heat on to a plate in 10 seconds. 


8. Make more crepes with the batter in same way. 

Batter can be refrigerated for future use.
