Cranberry Orange Cake



CRANBERRY ORANGE CAKE


Perfect for Christmas and winters. This Cranberries orange loaf is beautiful bread, both in taste and aesthetic.Its stealthily addictive. 


INGREDIENTS : 

2 CUPS all-purpose flour
11/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
11/2 cups fresh cranberries
1/2 cup pecans chopped
1/4 cup melted butter 
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup orange juice



METHOD:

-.
1. Preheat the oven 350 degreesF . 

2. Grease nd flour 9x5 inch loaf pan. 

3. Take Cranberries in large mixing bowl.


4. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir in orange zest, cranberries and pecans. 

5.  In a large bowl , cream together margarine, sugar and egg until smooth. Stir in orange juice. 
Beat in flour mixtureuntil moist. 


6. Pour in prepared pan and bake for 1 hour  in preheated oven . Cool on wire rack.
